Shipping is completely FREE on all orders so not only are you getting great value for money pet food, but we will cover all delivery fees as well!

At Bon-Apettreat we’re committed to ensuring our delivery service is efficient and convenient and that your order reaches you in perfect condition.

Rapid delivery

A rapid two-day delivery service from our trusted partners at DPD means you won’t be waiting long for your delivery. Orders placed Monday to Friday before midday are dispatched the same day and will reach you within the following two working days.

DPD don’t deliver on UK bank holidays or Saturdays & Sundays, so please allow an extra business day for delivery. Orders placed on Thursday will arrive on Monday and orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.

Refunds & Returns

We want to make sure you and your pet are completely happy with our products. If you have any problems or questions about your order please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we’ll do everything we can to resolve any issues.

If your product arrives damaged,  please note on the drivers proof of delivery. In the event of a damaged packed in transit please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the damage so we can investigate with our delivery supplier DPD.

If in the unlikely event you wish to return any items that you deem to be faulty we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange if you have unopened bags.
