Right of Withdrawal

Here at Bon-Apettreat we are dedicated to providing the best quality pet food that we are able to to ensure that you and your dogs and cats are happy. You are fully covered by our right of withdrawal. We are only human however, and very occasionally mistakes may be made. While a product my leave our factory in tip top condition it may be damaged en-route to your address so if this is the case we require you to contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your goods will full details.

In the unlikely event that you find a food to be faulty, please contact us with your product details including product and batch number and return the product in question to our office. Upon receipt of faulty goods we will investigate and either replace or refund your product.

If you are unsure of anything please feel free to contact us before ordering.

Upon completion of your order, due to our rapid delivery schedule, we require any issue or error to be reported immediately so that we may try to amend or cancel your order. After the order has been placed and has left our warehouse, no changes can be made. Any orders made during Monday to Friday before midday are dispatched the same day and after that deadline no amendment are able to be made.

If you were to purchase any goods by mistake at no fault of Bon-Apettreat, or simply wish to return your unopened bag of food, then we are happy to replace or refund the ordered product so long as it is returned to the above address in a resalable condition, unopened and undamaged at your own expense.

Bon-Apettreat reserve the right to refuse refunds an any goods that are not deemed as being in saleable condition and are not received within 14 days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
